The exploration team of PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals (NHM) is reported to have just discovered new gold reserves. Of course, this is good news for the company as well as the surrounding community, as well as the local government. Thus, the mine life is predicted to increase to another (5) years.

The new gold reserves were discovered in the Gosowong gold mine area in the Contract of Work area of PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals in North Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province. Furthermore, the new reserves are additional reserves from a number of new resource discoveries.

The revision of the feasibility study on Nusa Halmahera Minerals received by the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (Ditjen Minerba ESDM), is a professional belief, so Nusa Halmahera and including PT Aneka Tambang are increasingly convinced by the addition of gold reserves.

Separately, the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources confirmed that it had received and, technically and economically, approved the revised feasibility study document. The Directorate General of Mineral and Coal at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has also asked Nusa Halmahera Minerals to immediately follow up.

Bima Arya Says the Job Creation Law Creates a Kind of Tsunami, New Regulations, So It"s More Complicated
Publish date: 09 Sep 2021, Author : fpesbsi

Bogor Mayor Bima Arya complained about the Job Creation Act which was considered to have complicated the licensing process that had been built by the local government, especially in the city of Bogor. This was conveyed by Bima at the Virtual Chat with the Indonesian Ombudsman regarding the Job Creation Law, Thursday (5/8/2021). According to Bima, the Job Creation Law requires local governments to make many adjustments, even fundamentally and complexly changing the licensing system that has been created in their area. "So it"s kind of like there is a tsunami of new regulations. We have progressed, measured, at first it was really one door, so it turned out to be twisting again. The point is the process has become more complicated," said Bima.

This also makes his party have to adapt again to the new system that will be implemented, following the rules of the Job Creation Law or its derivatives. In fact, he said, since 2015 the City of Bogor has carried out reforms in the licensing sector by establishing the One Stop Service and Investment Agency (DPMPTSP) and Public Service Malls according to the design of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN RB).

Bima said, DPMPTSP in Bogor City was formed as a licensing agency that serves one door, has a measurable time, and is transparent. Filing can also be done online. There are 92 types of licenses served, using electronic signatures and integrated with various other systems. This starts from NPWP, BPJS Health and Manpower, to taxes.
